If you submit your requests regarding the rights listed above to Quantum in accordance with the application procedures stipulated in the Communiqué on Application Procedures and Principles to the Data Controller, Quantum will process your request free of charge as soon as possible and within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days, depending on its nature. However, if the process requires additional costs, Quantum may request the fee specified in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
